Why does my post need to be approved?

I know there have been several not-so-nice content, that were not PG or even R ranked, lately by non-Corgi fans. Maybe the manager needs to watch certain community message boards and you occurred upon one of those. I'm not sure. But again, publish here if you can until all is determined.
