Site Redesign Resulted in Loss of Page Rank and Search DescriptionsHello - After launching a website redesign for www.saintgermaincatering.com, we are experiencing two technical issues: 1. Rather than using the appropriate text for the search descriptions, the results are pulling in copy from the footer: http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Awww.saintgermaincatering.com. 2. The site still has yet to rebound in Page Rank. It previously had a Page Rank of 3, but has now dropped to 0. Any feedback on would be greatly appreciated.

Site Redesign Resulted in Loss of Page Rank and Search DescriptionsThe site's meta description is showing just fine for a combination of other searches for the site, and you are never guaranteed that the meta description will be used as the snippet: it often depends on the query as to which text will be pulled. If you notice that the meta description consistently fails to be displayed, you probably have more to worry about, but it doesn't look like a problem right now.
As far as the PageRank goes, you will have to wait for the next toolbar PageRank update to see a change in the visible PageRank. Toolbar PageRank updates occur about three or four times per year, and the next one should happen quite soon after the new year.
