remommendations for PHP math CAPTCHA script please

Hi, I am looking for a PHP math CAPTCHA script remommendation from anyone who has used one that they consider good: quick to implement and one that actually works. It need not be free and could be a hosted service as a last resort. Thanks in advance.

They're easy to install (depending on your CMS) and should you have any problems, there's tons more to be found for free (just try various searches).
