Is hidden rotating text indexed?

The short answer is: probably. Google still doesn't handle hidden DIVs very well. In rare cases, they can be seen as cloaked content, but in most cases, the crawlers just view them as part of the entire page. Google won't crawl the AJAX-style tabs ("#accounts", etc.) as individual pages, and is more likely to lump all of the content together.
A focused "site:" query on your home-page seems to suggest that some of your hidden tab text is being indexed:
