keyword in URL

hi every body

i have a question.

i read in some seo book that your keyword should be in your url.

for example i have 2 urls

www.example.com/keyword/
www.example.com/example.aspx?id=keyword

which url is best to implement.

i think first one is better

bez i have experienced that search engines do not like query string type urls

i think both urls are ok. search engine treats both urls as same

i think both does not have much differences but yes first url is better
